What lifting heights are available?
The RH series covers 2 m to 10 m in 1 m steps. Overall mast height equals the lifting height plus 1.4 m on electric models and plus 1.0 m on hydraulic models, so please check your floor-to-floor clearance before ordering.
Which drive type should I choose, electric or hydraulic?
Electric wire-rope traction (RH-E models) suits most warehouse and retail installations up to 8 m and runs on a single-phase 220 V supply. Hydraulic drive (RH-H models) gives higher capacity up to 1,000 kg and steady travel for heavy pallet and trolley loads in workshops and loading docks.
What is the rated load and how much can I put on the platform?
Rated load is 550 kg for 2-8 m electric models, 700 kg for 9-10 m electric models and up to 1,000 kg for hydraulic models. The safety load rating is 400 kg, and every unit is fitted with a 500 kg type anti-fall device. We recommend keeping normal working loads within the rated figure.
What power supply is required?
Electric models run on a single-phase 220 V supply, with a 1,600 W motor on 2-8 m models and 3,000 W on 9-10 m models. Hydraulic models use a hydraulic power pack at the base of the mast. Please confirm your site voltage and frequency before ordering.
What platform size do I get, and can it be customised?
The standard platform is 1,000 x 1,000 mm and can be built up to 1,000 x 1,500 mm to suit your goods and pallet truck. Height, platform size, colour (six options), logo and packaging can all be customised for OEM and ODM orders.
What safety features are included?
Every unit has full-height cage guard rails around the platform, a 400 kg safety load rating and a 500 kg type anti-fall device. The 10# channel steel guide rail runs on 77-type special bearings, and electric models use a 6 mm oiled steel wire rope.
What is the MOQ and the lead time?
MOQ is 1 unit. Samples are ready in 3-5 days and bulk orders ship in 10-20 days. Lead time starts from confirmation of height, platform size, colour and logo artwork.
How is the lift packed and shipped?
Each lift is packed in an export timber crate with an approximately 100 x 100 cm section, and the crate length follows the overall mast height. We provide export documentation and can supply on-site installation guidance and spare parts after delivery.
