Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Luoyang Raymon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit https://raymon.ltd or contact us for business inquiries.
1. Data controller
The data controller for this website is Luoyang Raymon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Luoyang, Henan, China. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our Contact page.
2. Information we collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Information you provide in an inquiry form: your full name, company name, business email address, country or region, phone/WhatsApp number, the product line and model you are interested in, quantity, and any message or technical requirements you include.
- Technical and attribution information: when you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage information (such as pages visited and approximate region). When you arrive from a campaign, we receive advertising-click data — UTM parameters and, for Google Ads, the Google click identifier (gclid) contained in the URL. A form-submission timestamp is stored in your browser to limit duplicate submissions, and your consent choice is stored in your browser (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. Honeypot and rate-limiting measures are used to prevent automated spam submissions.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare technical proposals or quotations for the products and models you asked about.
- Communicate with you about your request and maintain a record of our business communications.
- Prepare commercial and shipping documentation where an order is placed.
- Measure website performance (Google Analytics 4) and the effectiveness of our advertising (Google Ads conversion measurement, including UTM/gclid attribution data).
- Protect the website and our communications against spam and abuse.
- Improve our product information and website content.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process information from your inquiry on the basis of the consent you give when submitting it, and on the basis of our legitimate business interest in responding to your request and maintaining commercial relationships. Analytics and advertising technologies run only in line with the consent you give through our consent banner (see our Cookie Policy). Where applicable law requires it, we also process data to comply with our legal obligations.
5. Cookies, local storage and Google technologies
This website uses Google Tag Manager (container GTM-KTM7BHFT) to manage measurement tags, including Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. Consent Mode v2 (Advanced Consent Mode) is implemented: on your first visit, analytics and advertising storage default to denied, and Google consent-aware tags run in a cookieless mode that respects your choice. If you accept analytics and/or advertising, the corresponding Google technologies may store or read cookies and use them for measurement and advertising purposes. If you reject non-essential technologies, those cookies are not stored; Google consent-aware tags may still send limited consent and measurement signals that do not rely on cookies. We do not control Google's cookieless signal behaviour.
Your consent choice is saved in first-party browser storage under the key raymon_consent_v1 (values only: analytics and advertising booleans, timestamp and version — no name, email, IP or other personal data). A non-personal timestamp under raymon_last_submit limits how often the inquiry form can be submitted.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Further details are in our Cookie Policy.
6. Third-party services
The services below process data on our behalf in connection with this website:
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) — tag management, website analytics and advertising conversion measurement. Their processing follows the consent you give and is governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.
- Supabase — cloud database and serverless functions that store inquiry form submissions.
- Resend — transactional email service used to send business notification emails about new inquiries.
Links to WhatsApp and to our Alibaba.com store are outbound links to external third-party websites. When you click them, you leave this website and those services process your data under their own terms and privacy policies; they are not tracking scripts embedded in our pages.
7. Data retention
Inquiry and business-communication records are retained for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, to manage our commercial relationship, and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Analytics data is subject to the retention settings of the analytics provider. Your consent choice (raymon_consent_v1) is kept in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data. You may ask us to delete records we hold about you at any time.
8. International data processing
Luoyang Raymon Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is based in China, and the services we use to operate this website (Google, Supabase, Resend) process data in data centres and regions outside China — including, depending on the provider, the United States, the European Union and other regions. When you submit an inquiry or interact with our Google technologies, your information may therefore be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the one where you are located.
We rely on the security commitments, data-processing terms and safeguards that each provider offers to its customers under its own agreements. Where a specific transfer mechanism is required by law for a particular provider or destination, we only use providers that make a valid mechanism available to us. We do not claim the use of any specific transfer mechanism (such as standard contractual clauses or data protection frameworks) unless we have verified it for the provider concerned.
9. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to inquiry records, security features of our hosting and database providers (Supabase), and anti-spam protections (honeypot field and submission rate limits). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time.
11. Updates to this policy
Last updated: September 2026. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the technologies we use, or legal requirements. The current version will always be available on this page.
