Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the single line and double line rated load?
The hoist works either with the hook on a single rope run or with a pulley block on a double run. The double line arrangement roughly doubles the rated load and halves the lifting speed. Both figures are printed on the model plate.
Is the wireless version supplied with a pendant control as well?
Yes. The wireless two-way version keeps the cabled pendant and adds a radio remote, so the operator can use either.
Which plug types can you supply?
EU, US, UK, AU and CN plugs are available. Tell us the destination market when ordering.
What is the lifting speed?
All PA models run at 12 m per minute on a single line. A double line arrangement halves the speed.
How long is the wire rope and can it be extended?
The rope length matches the lifting height of the model, 12 m, 20 m or 30 m. Longer ropes are available to order.
What is the MOQ and the lead time?
One set. Samples ship in 3-5 days and bulk orders in 10-20 working days after payment.
Does the motor have thermal protection?
Yes. The copper wound motor carries a thermal cut-out that stops the hoist before the winding overheats.
What warranty do you provide?
Twelve months on the motor and the gearbox. Spare parts such as ropes, hooks and pendants are stocked.
